Biographical note:
José Carlos da Costa Ramos is a photographer. He graduated in Economy and holds a Master’s degree in Spatial Planning and Urbanism and a PhD in Human Geography.
He is a Professor of Creative Industries Management at ISCTE –IUL.
He was an evaluator for the European Commission in the domain of Linguistic Engineering, coordinator of several European projects in the area of ICT applied to culture, ICT advisor of the Ministry of Culture, and president of the Instituto de Cinema Audiovisual e Multimédia and the Tobis Portuguesa.
