She is currently finishing her Ph.D on the screenplays of Manoel de Oliveira and Jo\u00e3o C\u00e9sar Monteiro. Her master\u2019s thesis was on cinematographic adaptation (Manoel de Oliveira). She has taught <em>screenwriting <\/em>(University of Lisbon) and <em>film history<\/em> (Modern University). Member of the team of the project <em>Cinema and the World \u2013 Studies on Space and Cinema<\/em>. She belongs to the editorial board of the electronic magazine <em>False Movement \u2013 studies on writing and image<\/em>. She has translated books and organized workshops\/seminaries on the relation of image and writing, having several publications on the theme. Award-winning screenwriter, she has been working in cinema since 2000.
