The operative concept &#8216;conversable art&#8217; leads the work \u2014 here understood as a catalyst communication process of the identity\/alterity relation, not representative of ideas but creator of contextual situations where these can happen in a system of exchanges, to create the &#8220;common&#8221; by the coexistence of diversity\/singularity and taking as a premise the placement of the &#8220;and&#8221; where the &#8220;or&#8221; is\u00a0(Agostinho da Silva, 1979) \u2014 in the light of the revision\/updating of the concepts &#8220;littoral art&#8221; (Kester, 1998) and &#8220;relational art&#8221; (Bourriaud, 2001), in the context of procedural\/participatory artistic practices considering the actual decay of citizenship in cities\u00a0(Sassen, 2010).
