The eleventh LOCUS research seminar invites PhD researcher at Center for the Study of Culture in Gießen (Germany), Eleonora Rapisardi to present her current project and deliver a lecture on “Negotiating Diasporic Cultural Imaginaries. Polyphonic Narration in Hispaniola and Cuba’s Contemporary Fiction”.
The respondent will be Magdalena López (Ph.D. University of Pittsburgh), research fellow at the Centro de Estudos Internacionais, Instituto Universitário de Lisboa (ISCTE-IUL, Portugal) and at the Kellogg Institute for International Studies (University of Notre Dame, United States).
