estrema is an online journal of the Centre for Comparative Studies which aims to promote the works produced by PhD and MA students of the School of Arts and Humanities of the University of Lisbon.

estrema: Revista Interdisciplinar de Humanidades is an online journal of the Centre for Comparative Studies (CEC) of the School of Arts and Humanities of the University of Lisbon (FLUL) which aims to publish research articles by students of any higher education degree. As an interdisciplinary publication in the field of humanities, estrema publishes works from Linguistics, Literature, Theology, Philosophy, History, Visual Arts, and more. With this, we hope to promote a hermeneutic inclusiveness that allows a reflexive repositioning of estrema. All articles are subject to a double blind peer review process.

Reception of manuscripts is permanently open. For the April issue, we will consider manuscripts submitted until January 31. For the October issue, we will evaluate manuscripts submitted until July 31.

Manuscrips should be sent by e-mail to estrema.cec@gmail.com. Please follow the journal’s guidelines.

We will accept texts between 4000 and 10000 words, in Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, French, English and German.
